David has been immersed in real estate and construction his entire life. As the son of a realtor and a contractor, he learned the ins and outs of home construction and how to sell homes at an early age. Over the years, he has helped thousands of first-time home buyers, investors, down-sizers, and up-sizers achieve their real estate dreams. David’s expertise and access to various tools and processes make qualifying for unique circumstances easier. He is also a real estate investor, having closed his first home flip just one week before getting married.

A strong believer in God's grace and love for all, David is dedicated to serving his community and is a devoted family man. He has been married to Jacie Pace, the love of his life, for almost two decades, and they are the proud parents of five children. When he's not working, you can usually find him with his family, hiking a new trail, seeking new adventures, serving those in need, or learning something new together.
